Tandemly allows users to create or join a shared household.

We store information you create while using Tandemly, including:

- Task assignments

This information is used to provide Tandemly's shared task-management features.

Information Shared With Household Members
Tandemly is designed to help people manage a household together.
When you join a shared household, certain information may be visible to other members of that household. This may include:

- Tasks you create
- Task assignments
- Task completion
- Categories
- Shared household information
- Household progress information
You should only add information to Tandemly that you are comfortable sharing with other members of your household.
Third-Party Services
Tandemly relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality.
Supabase
Tandemly uses Supabase for backend services, database storage, and authentication.
Apple
If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may process authentication information in accordance with Apple's own privacy practices.
If you choose Sign in with Google, Google may process authentication information in accordance with Google's own privacy practices.
These service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are expected to handle user information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
Tandemly does not sell your personal information.
Data Storage and Security
Tandemly uses reasonable technical and administrative measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your Tandemly account remains active or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Information may also be retained where necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect the security of Tandemly
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Resolve disputes
When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate operational or security purposes.
Because Tandemly includes shared household features, some information associated with shared household activity may remain where necessary to preserve information belonging to another household member.
Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your Tandemly account directly from within the app.
To delete your account:
- Open Tandemly.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the instructions to confirm deletion.

Your Privacy Choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Tandemly account.
You may also manage permissions or account access associated with Apple or Google through the settings provided by those services.
Children's Privacy
Tandemly is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page and the Last updated date will be revised.
